Description

Delicious and festive Halloween Brownie Bites made quickly with boxed brownie mix, chocolate syrup, and corn syrup, rolled in Halloween sprinkles. These no-bake brownie truffles are perfect for spooky celebrations and easy to prepare in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale

Main Ingredients

  • 19 oz boxed brownie mix
  • 2 Tbsp chocolate syrup
  • 2 Tbsp corn syrup
  • ¼ cup water
  • Halloween sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Heat Brownie Mix: Place dry brownie mix in a large microwave-safe mixing bowl. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each, for about 1 ½ minutes or until the temperature reaches 160°F using an instant-read thermometer.
  2. Add Syrups and Water: Remove from microwave and add corn syrup, chocolate syrup, and water. Stir until well mixed and smooth.
  3. Prepare Sprinkles: Place Halloween sprinkles in a shallow dish for rolling.
  4. Form Brownie Balls: Scoop out 1 tablespoon of the brownie mixture at a time and roll into a ball. Slightly dampen your hands to prevent the batter from sticking while rolling.
  5. Coat with Sprinkles: Roll each brownie ball in the sprinkles to coat completely and place them on a plate or baking sheet.
  6. Repeat Process: Continue scooping, rolling, and coating until all the batter is used up.
  7. Chill: Refrigerate the brownie bites for at least 1 hour before serving to firm up.

Notes

  • Store brownie bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  • For variety, try different sprinkles or toppings such as crushed nuts or mini chocolate chips.
  • Slightly dampening your hands helps prevent sticking while rolling the batter into balls.
  • Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the brownie mix reaches the correct temperature for proper consistency.
  • Make sure to chill the truffles so they set well and hold their shape.
