Instructions

- Prepare the green beans. Trim and wash the green beans thoroughly, then dry them well using paper towels. Set aside.
- Fry the green beans. Heat 1/4 cup oil in a wok or deep skillet over medium-high heat until it reaches about 350°F. Carefully add the green beans in a single layer. Fry them for 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until they become wrinkled and tender. Remove the green beans and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil. Discard the used oil from the skillet.
- Make the stir fry. Pour the prepared sauce into the same wok or skillet and heat over medium heat until bubbling. Add the cooked green beans and toss quickly to coat them evenly with the sauce.
- Season and serve. Turn off the heat, season with salt to taste, and serve the green beans immediately for best flavor and texture.
