- Warm the tortillas: Using a microwave-safe plate, microwave the tortillas for 30 seconds to make them pliable and easier to roll.
- Spread the sauce: Lay the warmed tortilla flat and spoon a thin, even layer of marinara sauce over its surface.
- Add the cheese: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top of the marinara sauce.
- Season: Evenly sprinkle dried oregano, dried basil, and garlic powder over the cheese layer.
- Roll the sides: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward to enclose the fillings.
- Roll the tortilla: Roll the tortilla tightly from the top and bottom edges to form a compact roll.
